Since I was a child, I always wanted to be like my father.

I admired how important his work was, how he communicated with people, and how much he loved what he did. For him, it was never just a job — it was a passion.

My father is a project manager in the construction industry, and from a young age I started accompanying him to construction sites.

By the age of 15, I was already by his side, learning directly on-site. He taught me not only technical skills, but also how to understand and manage a business.

He has been my mentor, my professional guide, and my teacher — beyond being my father.

Over time, I realized how much I enjoy every part of the process: visiting a place, preparing an offer, and starting a new project.

I learned how to handle both small and large projects, understanding the challenges and responsibilities that come with each one.

For me, this business is about growth — about creating something meaningful, improving spaces, and delivering the best possible result.
